The GM agenda is not normally published until a couple of
days before a GM, with announcements as to the deadlines sent
round by email beforehand.
The proposer of a motion has to be at the meeting itself.
The motion once submitted will be put forward at the next
GM - the secretary will email you if that is not for a while,
or if you wish to see a list of upcoming GMs this term please
use the termcard
