GM discussion
Idea about having a raffle of a bar tab - That is not possible
Vasil - We should have at least 1 controversial motion
Bea - Every GM should have a motion to impeach callum
Callum - You cannot force controversial motions - this is not feasible
Sarah - Can we lower the quota of 35 people per GM
Callum - No
Vasil - Can we vote at the end for all items at the same time, everyone speaks at the start about their motions - unsure if this is possible
Callum & Vasil - Made the point that last year, the GMs were more well attended
Callum - Would taking funding for plays out of GMs fix things?
Cassie & Phoebe - Taking motions out of the GM will not help
Bella - GMs clash with the members concerts which is an issue
Adam - Just put the GMs on the off weeks when there is no concert
Picture Day
We cannot have it on Week 5 due to Summer 8s
LGBTQ+ Reps update
- Meeting with the MCR reps - talking to the Dean and getting clarity on student protesting at balliol,
- Meeting with the dean about where the line is drawn when it comes to protest
- Issues with the communication system will also be discussed - people will be notified earlier about disruptive speakers
Housing update
- Main site ballot ranking will come out in the 1st or 2nd week of vac

- In Trinity there will most likely be only 2 bops
