Rent updates

Leah said she is planning on doing a verbal report at the upcoming GM about the rent updates so everyone is aware of things that are going on/have happened - eg. vac res has gone up by 50p. 

Welfare ideas

The idea of having a welfare locker was suggested by the Hannah and Ellen - an idea that has worked in other colleges. 

This would be a locker that is always open that has things to promote well-being inside, such as lemsips, suncream and paracetamol - though it was discussed that there might be issues with being allowed to provide resources like that. 

The the concept of having a welfairy was suggested - an other idea that has been successful in other colleges. This would involve pinging people a note or chocolates for doing nice things to others during the term. 

There was further discussion on how to reduce noise in staircase 15 - it was mentioned that some extra rooms have been found for people on the staircase who wanted it. 

Having welfare puppies in was also discussed - potentially could work on Jowett fields.
